MECHANICAL AND MATERIALS HANDLING

The Mechanical and Material Handling Division of DASTURCO is staffed with qualified and experienced personnel and equipped with modern facilities over the years. The Division provides consultancy services, from concept to commissioning, for a wide range of projects for handling, storage and despatch of raw materials to different consuming units of integrated steel plants, coal and gas based, direct reduction plants, ferro-alloys plants, power plants, cement plants and aluminium plants. Also, handling and storage and transport of beneficiated raw materials from mines are being carried out. Dasturco also provides state-of-the-art technology for raw materials handling system involving latest models with consideration of techno-economic aspects.

MECHANICAL

DASTURCO has got a proven track record of developing repair shop facilities involving modern machine tools. They are also involved in selection of various mobile equipment viz., front-end loaders, mobile cranes, forklift trucks, dump truck etc., for handling of bulk and unit goods.

MATERIALS HANDLING

DASTURCO provides latest state-of-the-art technology in selection of equipment and system with prime concern to environment. The services include:

System design & engineering.
Development of scheme for optimisation in utilising the area
Section of proper equipment and system.
Upgrading/upscaling the equipment and the system for future expansion of the plants & for the existing plants.
