Quality Management System

Dasturco is an ISO 9001 Certified Organisation with the quality management system certified since 1995 by The TUV CERT Certification Body for QM Systems of RWTUV Systems, GmbH, the Indian certification agency being TUV India Private Ltd.

The quality management system was subsequently upgraded in 2001 and was successfully audited to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 standards in 2001 and again in 2004.

The Management of Dasturco continue to adopt the Quality Policy as laid down by Dr. M. N. Dastur, founder Chairman & Managing Director, which states that "As a Service Orgnisation, the Quality Policy of M. N. Dastur & Company (P) Ltd is to achieve excellence in provision of engineering services through continual improvement, commensurate with the objectives of the project and to satisfy customer's needs and expectations."

In order to meet the requirements of the revised standards the quality management system has been re-engineered to achieve excellence in the provision of engineering services by laying stress on the following basic requirements :

• Customer satisfaction by fully meeting their needs and expectations.
• Continual improvement of the processes and the system.
• Regular performance assessment of the system by comprehensive measurement and analysis of the processes.
• Continuous professional development of the personnel to keep them fully abreast of the state-of-the-art technological developments.
